The Detroit Lions turned their season around thanks to a people-throwing offensive line and gambling play calls. Much of it owes to the personality and tactics of Coach Dan Campbell.

Campbell's explanation for the gutsy call was nearly as entertaining as Sewell, a 6-foot-5, 335-pound offensive tackle, playing as an eligible receiver and converting a crucial third down against the Minnesota Vikings.

Falcons quarterback Marcus Mariota will be placed on injured reserve Wednesday and is expected to have a procedure on his knee scheduled for next week, according to head coach Arthur Smith.
